Standards of conduct

Our 'DNA' inheritance: All of us, including management and all other staff of our Association, share the same sense of values and our Association's purposes, based on our management principles, which we describe as our 'DNA' that has been cultured for 100 years.
Complicity with laws and ordinances: We always conduct faithful, fair, and transparent operations while complying with relevant laws and ordinances.
Continuous improvement: We are conscious of being responsible for the results of our operations, and we are always trying to make improvement using a PDCA cycle (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
