NKKK conduct all kinds of inspections, including testing of the quality and quantity of Crude oil, Naphtha and various Petroleum products, such as Kerosene, Gas oil and Fuel oil, based on Japanese & International Standards, such as JIS, API & ASTM.

　We have over 50 Petroleum Inspectors certified by IFIA (International Federal of Inspection Agencies) in several Japanese ports, and we always maintain a neutral position to contribute to fair trading.

　We have experienced Chemical products Inspectors for Quality and Quantity Inspections of Liquid Chemical Products on cargo delivery at land tanks & on chemical tankers.

　We have long experience of cargo surveys of Liquid Chemical Products to determine cargo condition and to clarify the cause of damage as required for claims in case of problems with cargo quality that occur in sea transit and/or custody in shore stowage tanks.

　NKKK undertakes compilation of tank gauge tables. Land and ships' tanks are calibrated with electro-optical distance-ranging (EODR) and other sophisticated instruments. Measurement data are immediately analyzed by a dedicated software that outputs accurate tank gauge tables.

　NKKK also engages in the certification of custody transfer measurement systems (CTMS) such as level gauge, thermometer, pressure gauge, etc, referring to the established standards.

　These certification help our clients prove the trustworthiness of their measurement of liquid/gaseous cargoes in tanks.

　NKKK has been involved in the measurement of liquefied natural gas (LNG) since 1969 when Japan started importing this environment-friendly energy. Currently, NKKK engage in the certification of measurement on board LNG carriers, sampling, analysis, etc of LNG exported from the four corners of the world. NKKK believes that non-biased, accurate and responsive certification is vital elements for transparent transaction of LNG.

　In addition to LNG, NKKK has a long history of the inspection of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and chemical gases.
