As an organization that is a good member of society, we believe that we must manage our services faithfully and transparently, and the desired result of being trusted by our clients is most important for us.

For this purpose, we have prepared basic policies to comply with laws and regulations, as well as uphold the ethics of a trustworthy enterprise, so that everyone can trust our purpose.

Our desire to construct an organization with high integrity means that we will correct any problem we find or that is pointed out to us.

Five principles for compliance

The following five articles as the five principles of our basic compliance policies.

1. Integrity We conduct our service sincerely as an independent specialist, without any prejudice. We do not deviate from the specified methods and procedures, and we report the results precisely and faithfully, without making changes or omissions. If we need to move beyond the specified methods and procedures for good reasons, we always first investigate whether the method will bring proper results.
2. Non-intervention in disputes over payments We decline to take part in any dispute over payments with any person or organization having financial or commercial rights in a particular case, or who may request our services.
3. Confidentiality We handle all information obtained while conducting our services as confidential(except for information already available to the public), and we do not disclose what we learn to any 3rd party.
4. Prevention of corruption We prohibit all of our members from accepting bribes, or participating in any form of corruption, or to accepting any presents or entertainment that exceeds simple common sense.
5. Honest transactions We introduce ourselves to customers and do business with them using only the truth, and without any deceptions or behavior that might cause a misunderstanding, including false comparisons with competitors and their services.
We strongly reject unlawful requests from any criminal element.
