Hatch Survey

The purpose of a hatch survey is to ascertain the condition of a cargo carried by sea at the time of arrival at the port of destination. In case of the cargo being damaged, NKKK surveys the cause and extent of the damage.

As the hatch survey is carried out on opening the hatch covers on a ship before commencement of cargo unloading, the situation ascertained and judged by NKKK will play a key role in settlement of a cargo claim and judgment of liability of parties concerned.

Draft Survey

Although there are various types of cargo handling machinery fitted with a scale, it is well-known that a draft survey is the quickest, suitably accurate and economical method, especially to determine large volume of bulk cargo.

NKKK receives special trust and acclaim from domestic and international applicants as an independent survey association for draft surveys.
